While Percy was just as eager to get his wife's clothes off, for once he was in agreement with Alyssa, they had barely finished with the food and it would not be right to deny Bethan the chance for some fun at her own wedding first. He glanced over to Bethan and Alyssa to see his wife's reaction.

Ser Damon shrugged. "Just a game," he said airily. "I believe you opened up this conversation by pretending to fall upon me," he noted, "I had thought this was a game." He filled up his drink and a few knights seemed relieved. "why would I care what men you find handsome?" "You sounded like you did," she retorted. "But I'm bored of this game now, anyway. I believe I shall find someone with a little more polish to speak to instead." She stood up.

Bethan doesn't seem to mind, and the calls get louder and louder. Ser Damon has no time for silly girls who cn't take a joke and he doesn't even respond as she rises, and more women are eager to take advantage of her offense.

Percy had not resolved either way whether the time was right to proceed with things, so he simply took the step of finishing what wine was in his glass to ensure it did not go to waste if the bedding started right away.

The bedding commences, plenty of advice on how o proceed called out, as the women cluster about him. He cannot believe some of the things those ladies say...they'll need to sit at prayers for thrice their normal time to wash the stain from their mouths.

Alys hurried over to help the other women. Giggly and made bold by wine, she offered suggestions to the others about which items of clothing to remove first.

Perceon cried in mock horror. "Whatever will our guests think of us with you saying such things!" He'd been through the process before, and while embarrassed the first time saw no need to not have some fun this time around. It's not as if most of them hadn't seen him naked before, and he was not quite so scrawny as he had been then.

The king and queen are sent off to their rooms, and the crowd returns, now drunken and Horner than before, dice coming out and the real games beginning. The older folks begin leaving to allow the crazy youth their night of fun.

After leaving the newlyweds in their bedchamber, Alys returned to the great hall and looked around for someone interesting. Since her attempts to speak to a Stormlander hadn't exactly gone well, she decided instead to seek company from the visiting Reach nobility.

She sees several good Reachmen, the most handsome of whom is Ser Kevan Tyrell, along with Merrick Ashford. She has met Kevan before, a handsome wealthy young knight, and he has been chivalrous to her in the past.

Alys sauntered over to Ser Kevan and favoured him with a bright smile. "Good day to you, ser. Might I beg a moment of your time?"

Kevan nodded and waved one of his more aggressive friends off as the companion stared at her chest. "No need to beg, Alys," he said, favoring her with his best smile, "How are you this fine evening?"

"I'm well," she said. "I was going to make friends with the Stormlords but then I realised I would much rather speak to old friends. It's been an age since I've seen you were in Oldtown. You should visit more often."

"Well, if you'd invite me I would," he said. "but my ravens have been silent these last eight months," he added. "I had thought perhaps you forgot me, your heart stolen by another," he feigned pain. "Would you kindly show me around tomorrow?"

"Gladly," she replied. "Oldtown is the most beautiful city in the world. I mean, it's the only one I know, but Melissa says it's more beautiful than Lannisport and the shadow city of Sunspear, and she wouldn't lie about that."
Her eyes lit as she smiled at him. "I did not know you enjoyed receiving letters, Ser Kevan. Perhaps I shall write in the future."

Kevan grinned. "Good," he said. "Maybe you'll see another one some day. My hold on the Mander isn't a city but there's people and a few sheep, surely that counts?" He laughed. Merrick laughed at him.
"He's had some good wine," he grinned. "But he is sweet on ye.....".Kevan smacked him.
"Silence fool!"

Alys giggled, rather pleased by the comment made by Ser Merrick. "I heard nothing untoward," she said, giving the knights an innocent smile. "Your castle sounds lovely, Ser Kevan. I love the city but I quite like visiting Highgarden too. Maybe your castle is like a little Highgarden? Does it have a maze?"

"Finding it is a maze," he said with a laugh, "but on a clear day you can see it across the Mander." He pushed his hair behind his ear. "You should come visit....soon."

Meanwhile, a bad Reachman was charming Lord Rowan.

"...of course, a professional military is the inevitable path I think we should aspire to. A collection of trained peasants, whose sole task is to prepare for war. It would be expensive, no doubt about that, and certain aristocrats would feel they were losing their privileges. But it would keep the Reach safe. The Free Cities have them. The Lannisters have one. Instead, we rely on the Order of the Green Hand, which while certainly possessing its own virtues, is rather limited in scope."

"I will, if my parents allow it, but I am sure they will." She smiled up at him. "Father has gone off on a special mission - I never knew he was so adventurous - but I don't know when he's coming back to Oldtown. So you had better ask my mother if I may visit you."
