After the wedding and coronation of King Perceon IV Gardener and Queen Bethan Durrandon, a great feast is held, attended by nearly every major lord of the Reach and a fair many from the Stormlands, as well. The wine is exquisite and the food beyond compare as the party commences, and many marriage alliances shall be made this day.
The Stormlands representatives are Prince Kyle, Lords Swann, Selmy, and Connington, and dozens of heirs and lesser knights.

King Perceon and Queen Bethan were seated at the High Table. Seated at Perceon's side in the place of honour was their host, Lady Alyssa, while Prince Kyle was favoured with a spot at his sister's side. Beside Alyssa was Lord Tarly, then Lord Redwyne and Percy's mother, and down from them, Lords Oakheart, Florent, Osgrey, and Fossoway. The high Lords of the Stormlands were given spots on Bethan's side.
Below the high table, seating had been assigned so as to mix houses of the Reach together with houses of the stormlands to build bonds of friendship, with care being taken not to put old enemies near each other. There were knights of the green hand on guard throughout the hall with orders to put a quick halt to any trouble.

Alys Flowers, eldest bastard daughter of Septon Titus, was not seated at the high table, though she was seated close to it, since her father was one of the most important residents of Oldtown and she was cousin to the new king. She wore a pretty gown of ivory silk. A pretty, flirty girl, she looked around for handsome men. It was well known among those who lived in or near Oldtown or Highgarden that Titus intended his daughter to make a grand match with some man willing to ignore her bastardy in order to gain a connection with House Gardener, but the men of the Stormlands were not privy to that information.

Alys sees plenty of handsome men, the absolute best of them undoubtedly Ser Damon Caron, heir to Nightsong and a thorn in the ass of House Tarly and Fowler both. He is tall and lomg limbed, with muscle indicating he shall only get more powerful as he exits his early twenties. Roderick Dondarrion and Isaac Storm, the Bastard of Storm's End, are about as well, all mingling as young men do.

Percy was drinking conservatively, wanting to remember the night. He kept the dishes that Bethan wanted to taste, taking a small portion from each, and sent the various dishes she passed up to his various bannerlords. "It must be nice to see so many familiar faces." he commented to Bethan, looking down her side of the table at the Stormlanders.

"It's only been a few weeks," she laughed. "I need to learn the new faces now. There's little better chance to." She turned to Alyssa. "Thank you so much; your city is a pearl," she said, apparently genuinely.

HE was sitting quite close to her and she made a pretence of dropping her knife when no servants were close by, then made a pretence of bending down to get it. Then, standing, she sauntered over to the knight as if by chance then accidentally on purpose tripped and fell against him. "Oh, sorry, ser! I did not mean to! I am so clumsy," she said breathily.

Damon arched an eyebrow in amusement. "Walking takes lots of practiced," he allowed. "I understand if you haven't perfected it yet." His black hair comes to a strong widow's peak, which gives him a faintly predatory appearance that adds some danger to his youth. "At least you didn't have a drink. Why didn't ou have a drink?" He asked.

"Thank you, your grace" Alyssa said with a smile, "It is a great honour of mine to host you, it is not every Lord of Oldtown who gets to host a Royal Wedding, let alone two in a year." She kept smiling as Bethan, "Oldtown is lovely, but today it is the oyster, and you are the pearl" She complimented her.

Bethan nodded. "I like that," she agreed. "Thank you again," she looked about as Alyssa could see the partners enjoying themselves.
Damon regarded Alys with a certain amusement. "That's what servants are here for," he told her. "Never worry about inconveniencing them. This is a party, the chief ingredient isnwine."

"Maybe so, but I wouldn't want to cause a fuss." She moved slightly, as if by chance, letting him get a view of her cleavage. The dress was not scandalous low but nor was it modest; Alys knew how to showcase her figure to advantage. "Oldtown is delightful, isn't it? Have you seen much of the city, ser?"

"All I need to, now," he said, glancing down her dress a moment but not lingering. "Who are you?" He asked. Alys saw plenty of true born women regarding her with disdain.

Confident Bethan could look after herself, Percy turned his attention to Kyle. "So, how are you enjoying your time in the Reach, thus far?" he inquired.

Kyle looked about. "Pleasant," he said, "quite enjoyable. A beautiful ceremony for my sister," he said. "I am sad to not see the Lady Alex here."
Alyssa sees nearly every major lord or heir in the Reach about, Rowan and Redwyne the ones she is friendliest with, outside her own bannerlords Costayne and Bulwer and such.

She giggled again. "Oh, yes. I was in love with Ser Symon Costayne, but that was last month. And six months ago it was Tommen Bulwer. But I have no love at the moment.. I would so love to find a man who is capable of holding my attention for more than a few months. Don't worry about those women They are just jealous because I'm the king's cousin, and they're not. And maybe also that I'm talking to you. and they're not. Some of them are married, anyway, so you needn't worry about them."

"I would have been most displeased were it not perfect for her." Percy smiled. "But fortunately Lady Alyssa has spared herself my wrath."
As far as Percy was concerned the less Hightowers at his wedding the better, but he couldn't say that so he just said. "The absence of Lady Alex saddens me near as much as does the absence of my own siblings. But I'm sure she would have attended were she able to."

"Damon is one of my finest warriors and also one of the biggest pains in the ass in all the Stormlands. She'll be big with child tonight if his minders forget their duty."

Lord Laurence somehow convinces Lady Clarissa Rowan and Betriz Dondarrion that he is their future husband, despite having a name that sounds suspiciously made up even by Westerosi standards.

"He has minders?" Percy said, amused. "He looks a man grown from here. He must be trouble indeed." He watched his cousin embarrassing herself shamelessly. "She's my cousin." He said after a moment of thought. "But she is not trueborn, I'm sure if worst came to worst an arrangement could be made that didn't involve marriage."
