Within a small tent within the walls of Harrenhal sits a great, fat man with a sheet of paper. His arms are covered in scars from a hundred raids and his moustache droops to his chest, decorated with jewelry from seven kingdoms, two free cities, and whatever the fuck they call Valyria these days. Between mace-like fingers, he holds a pen made from the feather of a peacock.
To every contender, he asks two questions.
"Naaame? Eveent?"
Forty years of constant violence have left with a speaking impediment, but his penmanship is superb and his eyes are still sharp and lucid.
