Minor Characters (MCs) are characters created and RPd by players that do not fall under the rules for normal character creation. They may be created anywhere, kingdom agnostic, and are used so players who wish to RP with players in other kingdoms regularly have a mechanism for doing so. If enough are in an area there's always a chance they could end up playing a part in the stories at hand.
MCs can be assigned abilities; in general a maximum of 50 in a skill is allowed, although a septon or master at arms type may advance higher with approval. Knights, soldiers, guards, innkeepers, learned servants, huntsman or other castle role type individuals, courtesans, and kingdom-level ambassadors could be allowed, the latter with admin approval. I reserve the right to remove an MC from player control if I feel that they are being used in an out of character manner simply to advance other PC goals. In the event of conflict between PCs, MC control will revert to me for the duration of the conflict.
There is no limit on the number of player run MCs a player may create.
