A rider wearing a black fish over field of red approaches the Vale camp. There was a small figure clutching him as his horse strutted about. Alongside him are several men bearing the red fish and blue field of House Tully of Riverrun.
"Mathis Arryn!!" came the howl of an enraged man.
"By the laws of gods and men, I demand satisfaction for the grave injustices you have wrought against my house! I am Lord Tywin Tully, master of the Hollowfort, and I bring charges from my kin against you!"
Despite its impressive name, the Hollowfort was a very, very minor fortification that had lost its strategic value a very, very long time ago. It's sole boon to its owner was that it was technically a castle, allowing bragging rights, even if it was no longer fit for habitation. Fortunately, it was so minor, it was unlikely anyone outside the Riverlands knew anything about it.

A few guards look at the man. "Go home, you're drunk," a knight about seven feet tall said. "There isn't any such castle as the damned Hollowfort." Another man laughed.
"It's the bastard! You know, that goofy one works for the Hoares. Lord my ass. Ser Mathis is mourning his cousin's death. In respect of her memory we'll let you off nicely now."

"Was he in mourning when he buggered my daughter?" He moved his horse side ways, revealing the second passenger as a small girl, perhaps eight at most. She looks at the guards with frightened eyes.
"She's not even had her first blood! But oh, your good prince couldn't wait to make her bleed... My sweet child... Bring the piece of birdshit out here! Have him face the truth!"
He cries out to the camp. "I am Tywin Tully and before gods and men, I swear with all my soul that I will have vengeance on this monster Mathis Arryn! This beast who has tortured my little girl..."

"Buggered your...get the hell out of here!" The knight said. "Ser Mathis is a godly and married man, and he's no time for this nonsense. King Theon will have to answer to King Artos if this goes any further."

The Valemen look annoyed but some order is restraining them from attacking the man. Presumably the thousand Hoare swords within a mile of their location.
