Rust Flowers: A disgraced bastard son of a cadet branch of House Gardener, Rust is a vicious knight who has led his bandits on raids from Harroway's Town to Bitterbridge. He's wanted in all four of the interior kingdoms of Westeros, and his infamy is a particular stain on the honor of Highgarden, as he was once its master at arms.
The Tailor: A strange outlaw who stitches pieces of his victim's house cloaks into a sort of quilt. It is getting close to being done. He usually wanders the Marches, a solitary archer who snipes people form the rocks and hidden crannies and drags them off to his hideout.
The Burned Men: Clansmen who have used the hidden ways through the Vale's mountains to raid the Riverlands, occasionally getting bold and making it all the way to the Neck or Massey's Point. They are brutal but with their own sense of honor.
The Dunce: A killer who stalks Oldtown's streets, the Dunce delights in killing the curious scholars coming to study at the Citadel.
Broken Alyn Swyft: A knight who lost his three brothers at the God's Eye, Alyn and his few remaining brethren have gone quite mad, ambushing mostly Ironborn caravans near the western borders.
The Jolly Carnival: A troupe of performers, the Carnival is rumored to have a correlation to the mass disappearances of villages and hamlets and lesser nobles into the slave markets of the east.
Peyton Mormont: A daughter of Lord Mormont, Peyton is a ruthless pirate who reeves the seas, her home somewhere in the seemingly endless fjords of Flint's Finger. She is seldom there and her ship the Cave Bear has been reported from Ibb to Volantis to Tall Trees Town. With her stolen Valyrian sword she has carved a niche for herself even among the ruthless pirates of the Stepstones or Pyke.
