A minor outbreak of grey plague has afflicted Highgarden and Lannisport. Two hundred or more die in Lannisport, and fifty or more in the Reach die as quarantine measures are put into place. Harlan Tyrell and Harys Lannister place a two week moratorium on shipping in order to allow the disease to burn out before reopening their ports, flooding Oldtown and Feastfires with additional traffic. The backlog of vessels trying to enter the Whispering Sound has led to a dozen or so major collisions.
