Melissa held grimly to the sword loaned her by the Targaryen. Turning to Florys, she said urgently "Stay behind me. We go with the Targaryens for now." She wasn't close to her cousin, but blood mattered and she was determined to protect Florys and the Hightower women if she could. She prepared to fight, should anyone attempt to stop their party.

Florys shuts her big fat mouth for once and listens, following them as the steel ring encircles them. After four dead the crowds flee before them, and the Targaryens march swiftly towards their great ships. Servants are already separating the trio of vessels they had used as a house, while archers with bows that had black steel serrated edges bristle along the rows of the deck. The princesses and cousins board, while Baelor looked to the quartet of Reachwomen. "We aren't going to stay long," he said. "I smell that blood is in the air and the sharks will be circling for it now. You can come with us or we can wait a few hours for your family to retrieve you, or we can drop you odd at some other side of this lake so you can head home."

Perceon scanned the crowd from within the cluster of knights now surrounding him, desperately searching for nearby Reachmen or Reachwomen he recognized who might still be saved. He also looked for Bethan in case she had been separated from her family, or had not been sitting with them to begin with. Clayton continued to force his way toward Geralt. Sword 80 tJqDvkHVStrength 25 Stamina 65 He sees Lady Lisa Redwyne, a cousin of his, and some of her father's men trapped at a vendor, a few westerners and Dornishwomen among them. Samael Martell and a dozen Dornish knights are heading for them but he sees Ironborn from the islands themselves on their way too, and in the chaos people vanishing to never be seen again will likely happen. Fighting also has broken out between the Arryn mercenaries near Princess Miriam and Erik Hoare's elite guard, and no one seems to have a clue what's going on. Clayton reaches the Green Hands as they move to let him join their ring of steel. There's still no sign of Bethan Durrandon but some Stormlands knights are shouting for her.

Percy felt sick at the thought Bethan was missing, but if he did not see her there was little he could do to help her immediately. He turned to Isaak, who had been with him the entire time, and who he felt had shown competence enough up to that point to be entrusted with important duties. "Ser Isaak, take twenty men and protect Lady Lisa. Kill anyone you must." He commanded, pointing the Tarly toward where his cousin was threatened. "Once she is safe, help the Stormlanders look for Princess Bethan, she must still be out there." he added speaking loudly so he would be heard, glad that Isaak at least knew what she looked like.
"Everyone else, to my brother." He called, trying to catch a glimpse of Geralt through the crowd.
Ser Clayton grinned savagely as he swung viciously at anyone who approached the burning Prince. This was a good day to be a knight.

"My brothers are still out there," she said. "May the Warrior keep them safe. I don't want to leave without them, but I'm not sure what good my sword alone will do. Alyssa, Florys and Alex are not warriors, so they must be kept safe. Thank the Seven Alyssa brought her men with us." She looked at Alyssa. "What do you want to do? You're the one with the men at arms, here, and it's your husband in danger. Would you rather go with the Targaryens, wait a while in the hope my brothers find us here, or attempt to find safety across the lake?"

This was a good day to be a knight. Sword 80 lSPJXxE2Strength 25 Stamina 65 Ser Isaak and his younger brother Anguy and a bunch of Reachmen form a line and advance towards the besieged noblewomen, the heir to Horn Hill slaughtering with abandon now, bloodlust upon every person. It can almost be assumed anyone still remaining in the crowd wishes to fight now, and Perceon has to watch his footing to avoid tripping on the fallen. Wounded scream for help as his hundred advances to retrieve his brother, and the Green knights shout encouragement as the conflict ebbs. The Tarlys and some Arryn men cross blades and a few common folk fight as well, but the cacophony is silenced slowly by the emptying of the tourney field. Lord Tarly comes up to Perceon, Heartsbane held in his big hands. "The dragons took your sister," he said. "Down to the lake, looks like. Should we send men after them or head to camp? We need to evacuate now."

"I have to head back to the reach camp," Alyssa said giving Baelor a bit of a smile.
"My sister was due to pay you a visit though, perhaps we could speed up that time line and you take her with you back to Pentos now? She is my heir, she will be safety with you for now, but I can't go, I need to find my husband." She asked about the possibility of Alex going with them, she shushed her sister as she looked like she was about to protest.
She looked to Melissa, "it is up to you what you do, I will take my men and try to return to the camp, with the fortifications I put in place it should be safe there to pack and leave, you can return with me, or head to Pentos, I suggest you come with me though, and you Florys. We need to take an account of things."

"Have those who stay to take stock of our dead bring my father's remains back to the camp if they are able. This is not a place fit to bury a king of the Reach." He added after a moment.

"I'll come with you," Melissa told Alyssa. "My place is with our family. I thought primarily of you and our kinswomen. I didn't want them to place themselves in danger if they are frightened. Florys, will you come, or stay?"
She looked to the Targaryens. "May I keep this sword, please? And if there's armour to be had, I would be most grateful for a loan. I will be happy to offer recompense when circumstances allow."

Shiera nodded to Melissa. "Come down, I've got some leather and a shirt and trousers you can have." Baelor looked at Alex a moment and then nodded at Alyssa.
"I understand. We have a shallow draft vessel you can use, it will get you as close to shore as we dare," he said. "Viserys, give the order. Aeron, take six heavily armed men and head to the castle. Find out what is going on and who is in charge." The tall warrior nodded. Florys looked to Alex and Viserys.
"I'll...I guess I'm with you," she told Melissa. "Unless Alexandra wants my company." Shiera leads Melissa below deck and brings her to a room with some red leather armor. It is expensive and functional, the color of dried blood. "Never thought I'd use it," she admitted. "You need a shield too?" Sh tosses her some clothes.

The sounds of his son's fighting distracts the lord but he nodded. "To camp!" He called out, the old warrior in his element. Garrett Costayne and his knights set forth to retrieve the king's body. Dead tourney horses are being dragged away by small folk so they can butcher and eat them later. Perceon steps over a dead Dornish knight who had been killed fighting a Hoare warrior and a Stormlander. A woman in Morrigen colors begs refuge with therm, having been lost in the riot, her dress torn and her cheek cut. Isaak and his men reach Redwyne's retinue, and two dozen men are strewn about, dead. Lisa is taken towards the Reachmen as Percy sees that the conflict is dying down, coinciding with a massive influx of men from the river lands trying to break the riot. They set out for the west, passing the northmen and Princess Asha, who have surrounded a section of the stands and with some Freys and Harlaws are fending off any who approach as the beautiful princess shrieks in rage at the death of her parents.

The dragon princess helps strap it on, and Melissa feels armed before long. She hands her a small shield with a three headed dragon on it. "Looks like you've found your calling. You're a Targaryen mercenary now," she noted. "Be safe," she added.

Willem looked around what had essentially become a battlefield as the men of the West formed themselves into a ring of steel. He saw the Arryn mercenaries figting aginst what looked like Ironborn.
Willem cursed under his breath as he observed the carnage. His younger brother was missing, possibly dead and while he was unsure why it had happened, nevertheless it had happened under the watch of the Ironborn. If Princess Miriam was under attack by the Ironborn, Willem was determined not to let her fall into their hands.
Willem gave the order and the ring of steel moved towards the Arryn mercenaries with orders to assist them if necessary.

She was perhaps being unfair, she was sending her heir off alone and unprotected to a foreign land. But she was going to do that anyway. It was a stressful decision. She and the Targaryens were partners now, there was already a level of trust ther, more than she currently had for the people she'd be surrounding herself with. "Would you be offended if I sent Ser Walter with her?" She looked to the guard to see if he would also be okay with this.

"Fuck off, Lannister," The Ironborn commander said. "These men been breaking the peace since they got here." The westerners are probably outnumbered three to two at the moment, and without the full power of their men who are scattered throughout the town that number will only get more and more disadvantageous. "Count your dead as we're counting ours, it these men will be brought into custody on suspicion of regicide." He pointed to the group, as more and more Hoare men began entering the tourney ground. Lord Tarbeck frowned.
"We need to be off, my prince."
